We had a pleasant night at this affordable, clean, and well-maintained hotel in Siliguri while travelling to Gangtok. The spacious, spotless washroom had both hot and cold water, which matters a lot on a hotel stay. Breakfast in the morning was nice. There wasn't much variety, but everything served was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I'd recommend it to families arriving at NJP in the evening who need a comfortable night before heading on to Gangtok or Darjeeling the next morning.

The manager deserves a special mention for her professionalism, support, and lovely manner. She kept things smooth and comfortable during my stay. The staff made me feel welcome and looked after from the moment I arrived at Mittal Garden Hotel. The food was fresh, flavourful, and served with care. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, good food, and genuine hospitality.

I had a peaceful, memorable stay at Mittal Gardens Hotel, a lovely setting for spending quality time. The experienced staff and team made everything seamless. Highly recommended for anyone after top-tier service and a calm atmosphere.

The breakfast is charged separately, even for a boiled egg or an omelet. It's a terrible property, and Google should give it a one-star rating. No one should book this hotel. The rooms are shabby, the service is nonsense, and the entryways are pathetic. They charged for a room with no bathroom kit. The TV recharge was disconnected, and they said the server was down. There was no dental kit and no water until I reported it. People considering it for a wedding or banquet should avoid it too, because there's something fishy about room no. 202. The door had names with Ong Sign and a “Do not Disturb” notice.
