The owner's response was terrible. When we raised problems, they were dismissive and didn't seem to care about our comfort. We also felt there was no proper respect for us. Basic things were a struggle: there was no hot water, and power cuts happened often with no proper backup. The food cost too much for its poor quality and taste. The service overall was poor, and the accommodation itself fell short. For what I paid, this stay was a major disappointment and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it unless they make significant improvements.

The cottage was very affordable, and the food options were tasty. Service in the room kept us comfortable, and the safety measures felt top-notch, so it seemed suitable for couples and families alike. It made for a delightful retreat and a memorable getaway.

We spent two nights here, and the hygiene was awful. Don't trust the photos on the websites. The way we were treated felt very disrespectful, and the food at Tom and Jerry resort was the worst part. If you can't find another place in yercaud, eat outside instead. This stay was the only bad part of my trip to yercaud.

Don't choose the balcony room. The room doors weren't good, and the cot creaked just from sitting on it, so sleeping peacefully was hard. They don't provide towels either. As for hot water, they said the heater was on, but the water never got hot.
