Summer House

We stayed in a separate villa and felt very safe there. It was a lovely setup for a family, especially with kids, and I’d highly recommend it to families with children.

The valley view and the resort’s location were the best parts for me, and the rooms are spacious. The property seems old, though, and could use some repairs or renovation. Restaurant food was good. They can arrange a bonfire if you ask, but the phone network was poor and the WiFi router wasn’t working either.

We were close to the parking, and the sunset view from the rooms was pleasant. The food was satisfactory. The stay was also disrupted by loud music from the neighborhood, which played from morning until night, and mosquitoes in the rooms, though staff did give us repellents. When the power went out, the generator took a while to come on. Staff response was slow too, and we had to remind them several times to bring water bottles and glasses.

The location and atmosphere were nice, and the rooms are spacious and well planned. But they aren’t maintained well: the heater didn’t work, the curtains were dirty and stained, and cleanliness was lacking. The biggest drawback for me was the hospitality.
