We visited at the end of May. It was hot during the day, then about 20 degrees and cold at night. There’s a kids’ play area, plus badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom, and a campfire. The pool is average in size and usable, though it could be cleaner. Our stay was good. Keep in mind the boat ride at Yercaud lake can involve a 2-3 hour wait, so plan around that.
The property is beautiful, but the management made the stay stand out. Manager Ajay Kumar Nayk arranged good food, sorted out our room upgrade, and personally checked in with us. It was lovely to see a manager so involved and caring about guests. The food hygiene and room service were great too. We’ll definitely come back.
We celebrated my Mom's birthday here, and the crew, Ajay, Prakash, Pavithra, Rajesh, went the extra mile with the decorations and party setup. Their effort made the celebration and our stay memorable. The ambience was beautiful, the facilities were great, and the stay was wonderful and pleasant. Five stars and more!
A nice venue for residential conferences, and we had a good experience overall. The restaurant needs to address the flies, and the food quality could be better. It would also help to offer sugar-free options for diabetic guests at conferences.
We’ve stayed at your hotel for the second time now, and enjoyed it a lot. We celebrated two birthdays here, with remarkable arrangements and staff behavior. The DJ and campfire were really nice, and the morning breakfast was excellent. I’ll certainly recommend it to friends and family.
