Capital O 86466 Hotel Pearl Grand

Don't waste your time or money here. The rooms looked fabulous online but were pathetic in person, and mine was dirty. There was no TV, no toiletries, and the washroom was unhygienic and smelly, with no exhaust. There were safety concerns because there was an opening from the washroom into the corridor. The staff were poor as well. Worst stay, everyone should stay away.

The photos on booking.com showed a different room from the one I got. Mine had no geyser, torn walpapers, and no cleanliness. They interrupted me three times just to check my booking ID, and there was no service. You could hear people outside talking, so the rooms clearly weren't soundproof. There was hardly any lighting, the wall design was pathetic, and I couldn't call reception because there was no telephone. A thoroughly pathetic experience.

The hallways were battered and had rubbish lying around, and both the rooms and washrooms smelled bad. The hotel was far worse than its online pictures. They acted as if handing over a room was a favor, then charged extra for even small delays without explaining the charges clearly beforehand. Try to avoid it.

This was the safest and cleanest hotel I've come across.
