FabHotel Royal Plaza Zirakpur

We were in a hurry, or I wouldn’t have stayed here. I’ve booked plenty of budget rooms in this price range and at least expect clean towels and a hygienic room. Instead, ours was filthy and unhealthy, with broken taps and plates and bills left behind by previous guests. I can’t describe how bad the stay was. I thought Fab Hotels had decent places, but this was the most pathetic hotel experience I’ve had.

The room cost me ₹1200 and wasn’t worth even ₹600. The bulbs were fused, there was no power backup, the set-top box didn’t work, and there was no shower. There were cockroaches in the washroom, and they didn’t give me towels or soap. The bedsheets were badly stained too. The owner just made excuses, and there was no remote for the AC. A complete waste of money. There are much better places on the same road. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. Goibibo should remove this hotel from its listing.

The soft mattress was my favorite part. I haven’t found one like it anywhere else in Zirakpur. The rooms also have good amenities, and the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. There’s a wide choice of food, including Indian, Chinese, continental, and Western dishes. I strongly recommend fab hotels prime royal plaza. Thanks, and keep it up 👍

Everything was spotless, from the rooms and bathroom to the bedsheets and pillows. Breakfast was yummy, and the caretakers and helpers were excellent in how they treated us. It was good value for money, and I’ll stay here again when I return.
