I’m back at the hotel nearly a year after my first stay, and it’s still just as good. That kind of consistency feels unusual in Iraq. The staff are lovely, especially at reception, where they’re friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is very good and the price feels fair for what you get. I’d happily recommend it.

Being in the middle of Ainkawa meant we had plenty of cafes and restaurants close by, though the city center was about a 20-minute drive away. I liked the calm setting, and the hotel’s cozy vintage feel made my stay comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very respectful. A lovely option for a quiet, pleasant stay. 🤗

I paid $50 for a single room, so it’s a little pricey, but I thought it was worth it. The hotel was peaceful and the staff were very professional. 💛💙

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is close to the airport. We ordered food from the restaurant, and it was brought to our room without us having to ask. We also requested breakfast to take away since we were leaving at 5:00 am. I’d booked three days ahead and told them we were a family, but we were given a room beside the smoking area. The smell kept us from sleeping well. At checkout they said they do have rooms where smoking is allowed and others where it isn’t, but the hotel was full, so they’d put us in that one.

The roof bar is really nice, and the place is clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet is pretty limited, though, and could use some improvement.
