The room was filthy, smelled bad, and had hair all over the floor and carpet. The air conditioner didn’t work, and with the temperature at 5 degrees I was shivering through the night. No one responded when I raised the problem, and I ended up catching a cold. Getting water took an hour, and what arrived was a dirty glass. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, and they brought one wilted cucumber with a rotten tomato. The hotel pool was broken too. I stayed two nights, and it was a miserable experience. I travel often for work, and I’d tell people to avoid this place.

Rooms were dirty, service was loud, poor, and slow, and breakfast was both limited and small. It’s also overpriced. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

My room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful, especially at the front desk, where Asma and her colleague spoke English well and helped me out. Breakfast was a good buffet. It’s close to the exhibition center, with some nice restaurants a few blocks away, around a 20-30 minute walk.

The rooms and sheets were clean, and the location was very good. Service was very good too. Breakfast could be better.

It’s a quiet place with a nice view, and the price is good. The rooms are fairly large and have what you need. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, roomy, comfortable stay at a competitive price.
