The location was fabulous, and the receptionists were friendly and polite. Housekeeping worked hard and were always smiling. The buffet was okay, though it didn't have many choices. The staff made up for that by trying hard. My stay was good overall, but the manager left a bad impression. As an expat, I expected him to be more helpful and polite. He came across as rude and arrogant, and I was shocked when he said what the guest wants or asks for isn't always important.

The breakfast had a great range of choices, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The little personal touches made my stay memorable, especially the messages they sent while I was traveling. They were thoughtfully written in a charming Shirazi accent, and even the small details had a fresh, novel feel to them. The flavorful sherbet was another lovely local highlight. This was one of my best hotel experiences. The hospitality and service were impressive, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

The breakfast was okay, though its serving area felt small. Food quality was acceptable. My phone signal was weak, but the staff were nice and polite. The hotel itself was clean and stylish.

Our room was clean and looked renovated, and we had a nice stay. The location might not suit you, depending on why you're visiting. If you're in Shriaz for the airport or central city attractions, the hotel is far from both.
