Even with the menu prices being so high, the service and ice cream were both a letdown. My guest couldn't finish the Traditional Shiraz Ice Cream because it was much too sweet. After we sat down, the waiter and waitress kept looking at their phones and ignored us. I raised my hand, and another staff member had to get their attention before one came over, looking cold as they took our order. I've had professional service in many countries, so this really surprised me. I wonder how the staff are trained here? October 2025 - Aban 1404

The staff made a strong impression on me. They were respectful, attentive, and ready to help with a warm smile, which added to the pleasant feel of the hotel. It's an elegant, clean, relaxing place, suitable for either a business trip or a leisure stay. The food was delicious, with traditional Persian dishes as well as international choices, all presented beautifully and full of flavor. I had a wonderful time at Homa Hotel Shiraz and would recommend it to visitors to Shiraz.

The garden is really beautiful, and the location is great. Staff were helpful, too. The restaurants are expensive, though, and the food is only average. The rooms are old.

Quiet, clean rooms and very friendly staff helped make our stay pleasant. The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of flowers and plants, and there is lots of parking. It's also easy to get to Shiraz's historical and famous places from here. Breakfast was average, but had a good range of things. If you're looking for a good stay in a five-star hotel, Homa is a good option, unless you'd rather pay more.
