Niayesh Boutique Hotel

I didn't stay overnight. I went for a drink at the bar and food in the downstairs restaurant. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, and Paradise at the Bar did an awesome job. The waitress, however, spoke to guests in a way that came close to being rude. She charged me much more than the estimated food price, and hadn't brought the bill, so I calmly asked her to explain the amount. When I asked for the bill, she snapped and said she'd bring it even though doing so disturbed her. After I waited, she finally brought the paper reluctantly, as if it wasn't her job. It was truly unprofessional and without justification. She generally seemed nervous, but I got through it with a smile and persistence. This was Thursday, May 8, 2025.

We loved the spacious rooms, their colorful windows, and the lovely decor. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We also enjoyed delicious, authentic Iranian food in a charming setting. Niyayesh Hotel was exceptionally well located, so getting around the city was easy. Our July 2024 stay was unforgettable, thanks to its warm atmosphere.

From the center of the city, it's easy to reach public transport and historical sites. The calm atmosphere and polite staff are lovely, and the traditional houses and scenery make this one of the most beautiful traditional hotels I've seen. Enjoy seeing Iran and Shiraz at Niayesh hotel.

The upstairs restaurant is quite nice, but my stay was a disappointment. Our room, 104, was extremely dirty, with a live cockroach in it, and the bed felt sweaty and sticky. Check-out was stressful too. They searched for my passport because it had been 'lost', then it turned out someone had misplaced it in another room. Super unprofessional.
