The location was excellent, with convenient access to Shiraz's well-known attractions. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Breakfast and the restaurant food were delightful, with something for a variety of tastes. The polite, attentive staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Though it's rated four stars, this hotel matched the quality and service of five-star hotels I've experienced in Iran. The attention to detail and atmosphere made the visit memorable. I'd recommend it for business or leisure in Shiraz.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. Good staff, too. A comfortable place to stay.

It's on one of Shiraz's main streets, near a Metro Station, and some major sights are within a reasonable walk, including the city center and Eram Garden. Service is professional and generally friendly. There's a generous breakfast spread, though a bit more variety would be nice. Overall, decent value for money.

I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were polite. The location is great and the hotel has real potential, but it feels quite dated, and the rooms don't really meet a four-star standard. It's a pity they haven't done anything about it. It could really use renovation.

The hotel's taxi service is quite expensive, and I wouldn't call it affordable. Breakfast also felt more like what you'd expect at a three-star hotel than a four-star one. When I booked, renovations were underway on the fourth floor, and there was noticeable construction noise after breakfast.
