We stayed for three nights and found the cottages and apartments clean and tidy. They’re tucked away in a quiet spot with very little light pollution. There were towels, bathroom soap and shampoo, a TV, and a coffee machine. The owner is right there if you need a hand, which is a real bonus. I’d recommend it for a short stopover.

Margrét and Steini made us feel welcome from the start. We were lucky to be the first guests in one of the new apartments, and it had everything we needed, including a smart TV with lots to watch and really comfy beds. It’s also an easy drive to the airport. I’d recommend staying here :)

Our group of five had the best stay of the whole Iceland trip here. The apartment was modern and had all the basics, including a stove and fridge. It’s close to the airport but far enough from things that we could see the northern lights. The hosts were quick to reply and kept us updated without needing to be asked. Would recommend.

We left wishing we’d booked more nights. This was our favorite place to stay in Iceland, with a perfect location, comfortable beds, and a cute, well-kept space that had everything we needed.

Quiet and pastoral, with a soft breeze coming in from the shore. Our suite apartment was gorgeous, cozy, and clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I highly recommend it.
