Bjarg Apartments

We had a lovely evening on the deck with a glass of wine, and the people running the place were so friendly when we met them. I stayed here a few weeks ago before heading back to Reykjavik. The apartment felt spacious, warm, and cozy, with beautiful decor. It was great being able to use the washer and dryer. I'd happily stay again and would recommend it.

We made good use of the shared laundry room, and the Wi-Fi was really good too. The apartment was modern, spotless, and cozy, with plenty of space for the two of us. My husband and I stayed two nights in the ground floor unit and were very happy with our choice. It's a great base for the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, close to Kirkjufell, and there's a well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes down the road. I'd stay here again if we returned to Iceland.

Asthildur and Jonni communicated well and came to greet us when we arrived at the house. It's very spacious, with a basement, and though it can accommodate four, it could fit seven people. The bed downstairs actually has the best view, looking out toward the sea. We also used the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, and the large living room has a stereo that connects to a phone for music. The beds were really comfortable, even the sofa bed. We stayed two nights!

The apartment was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. We loved the location too, and the family who runs this Airbnb were lovely. Everything was perfect, highly recommend it.
