Hotel Jazz

The room was okay, and the key card was already waiting on the counter even though everything is self-service. The airport is only a short taxi ride away. My main issue was the air: with no open window, it felt used up and made it hard to sleep.

Clean, quiet place, and the staff were friendly. If you arrive late, you can check yourself in. I’d stay here again, whatever the negative reviews say.

We had a bunch of planning snags and special requests during our one-night stay before a flight. The girls at the front desk sorted out every single one. They were wonderful, and the whole experience was exceptional. Thanks!

The staff were friendly when I dealt with them, and the location worked well, with shops and food within walking distance and close enough to the airport. They also let us check in a few hours early, which was helpful. But the place feels run down and badly in need of an update, especially for somewhere supposedly rated four stars. The photos make it look sleek and cool, which isn't how it felt in person. Our sheets had stains, the kettle was dirty, and there was food left in the fridge. The TV only had one channel, though YouTube and Netflix were available if you have an account. Good enough, just not what I was hoping for. Not bad, but not jazzy lol.
