The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It was quiet, warm, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a cosy duvet. Towels were changed every day, and tea and coffee were replenished daily, including coffee from the fancy machine. The kitchen was wonderful, with a full fridge and freezer and a minibar stocked with all sorts. Shops and public transport were handy, and three supermarkets were within walking distance. The flat was easy to walk around, and there was a lift too. My next place hasn’t measured up at all. I’ve been spoiled.

We were very happy with our stay, and felt welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great kitchen. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you!

The apartment and its location were both great. I’d make just two small changes: add felt pads under all the furniture to cut down on noise for the apartment below, and fit the shower’s handheld sprayer into an angled bracket so it doesn’t spray straight down on you.

8/10
The apartment was clean and spacious, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The garage underneath was really handy. There were no USB or USB-C ports, though, so bring plugs. I’d stay again if we returned.

The staff were courteous, and the place is well equipped and in an excellent location. Late night street noise at weekends is the one drawback, unless you’re out there yourself. It may not be the best fit for young families. I’d recommend it.
