The rooms and facilities were clean, and the view from my room was breathtaking. Everyone on staff I spoke with was wonderful and so accommodating. Louisa especially made the stay feel special by pointing me to some of the best food, along with great activities and sights. Thank you all so, so much. I had a wonderful stay with Guesthouse Sunna.

We didn’t get the bed arrangement we’d reserved, but everything else was great. The room was clean, with a private bathroom and balcony, and there was a nice shared space for meals. Loved the location.

I stayed here for three months over the winter, back around 2003. The Northern Lights were burning bright, the location was excellent, the staff lovely, and the rooms simple but great. It was one of the best seasons of my life.

My booking through trip.com never showed up in Guesthouse Sunna’s system. The place was full, but the managers and staff still helped me sort out a last-minute reservation elsewhere. They were incredibly helpful, and made a potentially stressful situation much easier. Thank you.

I cancelled just a few hours after booking, but they kept $900 from me. They wouldn't offer even a partial refund. Very inflexible and money hungry. Don't stay here.
