I’ve stayed here in 2014 and again in 2018, and I’ll come back next time. The apartments are clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The beds are great, the windows have blackout curtains, and the shower is amazing. The hot water’s sulfur smell seemed to me like the worst in Reykjavik. It’s a calm neighborhood, with parking out front, a five minute walk to a small square with grocery stores and bars and restaurants, and ten minutes on foot to central Reykjavik.

We had a peaceful time in the ground floor apartment, and all four of us were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a coffee percolator and a cupboard full of spices and other treats. After exploring the island in a motor home, this was a perfect place to unwind for two nights. The street is quiet and shops, restaurants and cafes are close by. art museum.is is just around the corner, with amazing contemporary work. We felt lucky to stay here. I definitely recommend it. Great apartments, clean and quiet, with different kinds of entertainment nearby to suit people’s needs. A lovely place to relax and spend free time with family or friends. Definitely worth a look. LUXURY...🙂🙃🫠😉😊👍👍👍👍👍🫶
