Getting there by bus from Venice Marco polo airport was easy, and this is a great hotel for couples. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved swimming outside in the really warm pool, and the spa was fantastic. The deep tissue massage was the best, and I enjoyed the mud treatment too. The food was delicious, and Naivada restaurant was an enjoyable experience, though expensive. The waitress knew her stuff. The gym was okay, but far too hot and needed some cold water. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, but no coffee or tea machine, which felt unusual for a 5* hotel. I missed my morning coffee, and the balcony view was a bit grim.

Our room had a problem with condensation: water had formed puddles on the floor by the windows, and there was some visible mold. That didn't fit the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. The service, though, was absolutely outstanding. The waiters, head bartender and receptionist were all perfect, and the food was wonderful. Live music in the evening added to the atmosphere. We also appreciated that all the guests followed the dress code and wore elegant evening clothes to dinner, which made it feel more special.

The pools were a highlight, three of them at 35 degrees, both indoors and outdoors, along with a spa. The hotel is beautiful and the gardens are so well kept. Breakfast was amazing, and everyone from the service staff to the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. Such a relaxing, wonderful stay.

We loved having access to the several swimming pools, and our rooms were spacious with stunning views. Staying at Abano Grand Hotel felt like a real wellness escape. We could also explore the other Teame hotels nearby, which are part of the same hotel, and a free chauffeur took us around. Such a thoughtful touch. The food, drinks, music and massages were all top-notch, and the warm, professional service made us feel cared for. A lovely mix of luxury, relaxation and health. Highly recommend!

The spa was lovely, and the customer service was wonderful. We also had a very impressive seven-course dinner. Great hotel, highly recommend. Book it.
