The building still seems to be under construction. The furniture may be new, but the bed is the main problem: there’s a big dip under the mattress, so it’s really uncomfortable, and the double bed has two mattresses at different heights. There’s no iron available either.

We couldn’t stay because of a mix-up with our itinerary, so this is just about the service. Gemma at Lungotevere Collection Suite took the time to help us sort things out. She was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about our situation. It meant a lot that she went out of her way for us. Thanks!

Street traffic made the room really noisy, even in the middle of the night. There’s no small freezer or even a little table to use, and staff aren’t available around the clock, not even to call a taxi to the airport.

The prices are high for what you get, and the staff were rude.
