Very disappointed. The hotel feels about 50 years out of date, and our room was dirty when we arrived, with towels in the bathroom and the bed still unmade. When we raised it, the receptionist was extremely rude and questioned us as if we’d made the whole thing up. Breakfast was horrendous, just cakes and cookies, with nothing healthy or nutritious. The so-called spa is tucked away in a corner and looks nothing like the online photos. The pools called thermal had no smell and seemed to have chlorine mixed in, so they didn’t feel like natural thermal baths. The place felt sterile and more like retirement care than a relaxing resort. If you’re looking for a four or five star hotel, don’t come here.

We didn’t book any treatments, but the thermal water was soothing for both body and mind. The hotel is clean and renovated, the staff are very friendly, and the buffet has plenty of variety. It’s in a central spot, with a bio shop right next door. A few streets away there’s a really tasty gelato place we recommend, and Alpar grocery store is close too. We’d come back.

The rooms were clean and cosy, and the thermal pools were relaxing and fun, even if they’re not very big. Breakfast was versatile and tasty, so I’d recommend adding it. A really good stay for a very affordable price.

The pools were spotless and in great condition: three outside, two hot and one a little cooler, plus a small hot indoor pool. There were sunbeds available inside and out, and you can reach all the pools from indoors, which is handy in winter. Our room felt modern, with every detail refurbished. The TV has an accessible HDMI port, and the Wi-Fi was fine for video calls, though the captive portal sometimes made us enter our details again. The lobby is huge and airy, with vintage furniture, mirrors, curtains, and a sense of stepping into a grander past. The dining room is just as impressive, though it feels busy compared with the roomy lobby. Staff were courteous and professional, including the waiters in their coats and ties. The food tasted good, but the menu was fairly plain, the sort of dishes most people could make at home rather than anything especially elaborate.
