Hotel Terme Grand Torino

The staff’s dismissive, careless attitude was the worst part. I asked for an extra pillow and it never showed up. WiFi was painfully slow and unreliable, carpets were torn, and the infrastructure was poor. The AC wasn’t working in many rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff knew how bad things were and did try to help, moving us to a sister hotel, though that one wasn’t much better. A family member had stayed at this run-down place, where the room was dirty and dated and the facilities couldn’t be used or did not serve their purpose. It wasn’t what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I felt sorry for the staff.

The old interiors are beautiful, and we’ve had a great time here. Breakfast has a really good range of food, and both the people and the service have been good.

My partner has just come back and told me stories about how terrible the place was. She described the accommodation and food as awful, and said the staff were rude and inappropriate, basically mafia types. It seemed derelict beyond belief. I’m glad I didn’t go, but I feel sorry for her after hearing everything and seeing the photos. Sort it out.
