Camere a Sud

My favorite place of all the ones I stayed at in Sicily! The bed was so comfortable, and the hostess was really kind and helpful. Definitely stay here if you're visiting Agrigento.

Camere a Sud is a real gem, perfectly placed in the center of Agrigento and a great base for exploring the area or visiting the Valley of the Temples. I spent one night there in October with a friend. The B&B was quiet, clean, and elegant. Our hostess was pleasant and well mannered, and glad to suggest where to go and how to get there. Breakfast was generous and filling. The rooms were attractive and comfortable, with clean bedding and nice bathrooms. I'd highly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, small families, or groups.

We chose this place after seeing the breakfast pictures, and it lived up to them. There was a wide selection of pastries and sweets, plus savory breakfast options. The host was friendly and understood what we needed, from breakfast to the formalities. She helped us settle in Agrigento, pointing us toward good places to eat and things to do, and showing us how to get around when we first arrived. The room was spotless, and the service was impeccable. Nothing negative to mention.

We were fitted in at very short notice, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed for our two-night stay. They also gave us good restaurant suggestions. The room and bathroom were spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. There's a quiet shared area as well as a roof terrace. Beautiful accommodation in central Agrigento. Thank you, Elvira and Lola!
