It’s a great choice, and I’d highly recommend it. The place is pet-friendly, too. It’s beautifully situated, under 200 metres from the beach and right by the starting point of the Budello, with all its shops, boutiques and bars. I wanted to try the spa face treatment, but it was booked until the following week, so I’m guessing they’re very good.

Breakfast was the biggest surprise: bright and spacious, well organized, and full of good options. Our room had a charming little coffee nook with a skylight above it. The shower space was limited, but the rest of the bathroom was large and well equipped, with plenty of very clean towels. The hotel is tastefully designed and so clean, and the staff greeted us warmly and even helped us find places to eat. The neighborhood felt friendly, with restaurants and hotels supporting one another. Its streets are quaint and quiet, and the beachfront is wonderfully relaxing.

I stayed in one of the apartments, which was even nicer than the pictures. It’s in a classic Italian building, with high ceilings and big doors and windows. The private spa night is absolutely worth it, and the staff really worked to make the experience pleasant. From start to finish, they were friendly and cooperative. Grazie mille to Pietro, Roberto and the evening bartender, whose name I’ve forgotten, sorry! It’s a beautiful little hotel with amazing staff. Hope to return. Saluti, Ronny

The beds were the one really bad part. They’re old, and the double beds are made of two single beds pushed together without being attached, so you may end up falling into the gap while asleep. Off season, it’s cheap. Service was very good, and the place is nice and almost completely renovated.

Fantastic location near both the beach and the Budello. The staff were extremely helpful, and I’d have no hesitation about coming back. It was very comfortable.
