We were really impressed by the reception staff. They were friendly, capable and helpful, especially when our child had a stomach ache. The woman at the front desk called several doctors for us and helped a lot. Housekeeping was just as good: whenever we came back, the room was spotless with fresh towels, and nothing felt moved around. After a lot of travel, this was the best room service we've experienced. The room was modern and very nice, with everything we needed, including strong air conditioning, a good bathroom and a kitchen corner with an induction stove. It faced the city but was very quiet. The beds were a little firm. We couldn't get a balcony room because they were fully booked, which was a shame. The main drawbacks are the lack of parking and the fact that there are only private beaches. One tip: you can walk through the private beach in your bathing clothes and swim in the sea without paying, as long as you don't sit down or leave a towel. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

A perfect spot for a family holiday, in a super location. Our room was clean, the view was fantastic and the 24-hour reception service was kind.

A very nice place. With a bit of luck, you might get a beautiful sea view.

We had a great four-day stay in this Alassio apartment. Its biggest pluses are the generous space and beachfront location, and the host was kind and helpful too. There's private parking available, but it's uncovered and costs extra. The bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen is very large, with a central table, sofa bed and wall-mounted TV. The bathroom is on the narrow side, though it works fine. Some of the furnishings, particularly the sofa bed and wardrobes, feel dated, but the apartment is well-maintained and we enjoyed our stay. We recommend it.

The building is dated, so the apartments aren't well insulated and it's far too noisy. The desk is poorly organized.
