Alex was very thorough and gave us useful tips on where to eat and find affordable places to stay. We spent three nights here, in a clean room with plenty of space, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom. There was also a TV and air conditioning. The center and train station are both just a stone's throw away.

We used this B&B as our base for exploring western Liguria, and the welcome was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The owner is a thoughtful, meticulous person who went out of his way to help. A lovely extra touch on a great trip through what I think is Italy's most beautiful region.

We were here for three nights in July this year. The room was clean and worth the price, and the property is conveniently close to the station. But it wasn't cleaned during our stay. After a few incidents, we also felt the owner, who lives next door with his family, was watching us too closely. I don't think we'll come back.

Alex does much more than manage the place, he really tries to make your stay pleasant. I stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend, and the room was comfortable and spotless. It's close to the sea, the station and all the main amenities. Highly recommended!
