Once the directions from the lovely staff get you past the tricky location and the tiny lift, the little boutique hotel is a really nice surprise. The rooms are immaculate and very boujee, and you’re right in the centre. Everyone was so friendly, and they suggested a lovely restaurant and even booked a table for me. Such a good spot for a weekend stay.

Getting around was easy, with Brera a short walk away and the other main sights and the airport just a quick taxi ride. The team were always available, full of helpful suggestions, and happy to sort out anything we needed. Brilliant service from beginning to end. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

I’d happily come back. The hotel is close to Brera, and the rooms were warm and clean, which mattered a lot in winter. Everyone was lovely to deal with, including the cleaning staff, and communication was excellent. I’d give them 10 out of 10. A couple of things could be better, though: there weren’t any cosmetic kits or a bathrobe, even though the website said one would be provided.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the location is great, but the rest of the stay was rough. Our room felt dusty and triggered allergies while we were there. Renovation work in the building made enough noise to wake us up, and the towels and sheets felt cheap. The entrance to the building also looked sketchy rather than like a hotel. It didn’t match the pictures, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and ready to help with anything. I stayed over Christmas, with restaurants and nightclubs nearby and the Duomo and Monte Napoleone close at hand. Great location, and I’ll definitely return.
