The rooms do what you need, and the pool is excellent. There's also a lovely, well-kept garden with play equipment for little kids. Breakfast lets the place down: there isn't any choice, and it's the same biscuits, tired melon and industrial pasticciotto each time, brought out from behind the kitchen. Service could use some work too.

The rooms, garden and pool are still lovely, so it can work well for a night or two on the way through. But the website information is out of date, and dinner is no longer available. We came seven years ago and had a really nice time, but the staff have changed and now only Italian is spoken. The excellent food we remembered is gone too. We'd planned a longer stay, then canceled and moved on.

The owners were genuinely lovely and friendly, always willing to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean, well kept and had excellent amenities. There's a pretty garden with a pool, plus places to sunbathe on the lawn or under the big gazebo. The traditional local food was all homemade and carefully prepared. An excellent agriturismo.

Breakfast was a letdown: the same melon pieces, loose biscuits, jam and Nutella every day, which I found unhygienic. They should use individual portions. There were just two industrial pastries, not local at all, despite the claims about local products. The pool had an oily film on it when we arrived at 11, and we wondered whether it had been treated. We didn't use it for the rest of our stay. For 40*, having only one fridge for everyone feels like home use, and it was so full there wasn't room for a bottle of water. Too bad. Casper makes up for some of the clientele; otherwise the B&B would have only its location going for it. If times are hard, we understand, but please update the breakfast photos and sort out these inconveniences for the sake of transparency.
