Maria at reception was so kind and ready to help us. We stayed in “Eduardo De Filippo's Dressing Room,” a stylish, pleasant room that was very clean, and the housekeeping was thorough throughout our stay. Ciao Bellini B&B Napoli is within walking distance of the metro and Naples city center, so it was easy to get around. We were very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

I researched the different areas, hotels, and B&Bs carefully before choosing Ciao Belini for all seven days of our stay, and I'm glad I did. Safety, cleanliness, and a central, convenient location mattered most to me. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to get around on foot, with nice cafes just down the street. We had a clean family room with a comfortable bed, big windows, and daily cleaning. Maria made sure we were comfortable, bringing us water bottles every day and coins for the elevator. If I return to Naples, I'd stay at Ciao Belini again without a second thought. Thank you, Maria, for being such a pleasant hostess!

We stayed five nights at Ciao Bellini and loved having it as a base for Naples and the surrounding sites. The location was fabulous. Our room was roomy and clean, with large windows and city views, and the daily cleaning was much appreciated. Breakfast at the local cafe downstairs was a nice bonus.

Maria and Mario were so sweet and kind that I felt right at home. The rooms were new, clean, and quiet, and the location was perfect for exploring Naples. One of the best places I've ever stayed overnight.

The host even provides change for the elevator, and there’s more if you run out. Check-in was easy, they upgraded my room for free, and left free water and snacks each day. My spacious room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the nearby restaurants were pretty good. There were no loud guests, and I slept better here than anywhere else during my two weeks in Italy. 10/10.
