B&B Volcano Domus

We stayed for 2 nights, and the welcome was cold. The owner received us in an intimate manner, with little attention to politeness. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom fixtures were dirty and there were no washing products. Breakfast was awful, with only coffee and dessert, and it didn't feel hygienic. The place was also under renovation. Everything about the experience was negative. It should just be closed.

The peaceful spot feels close to nature, and there’s a lovely sea view from the terrace, with the sea nearby too. Our room was cleaned daily, and the towels and sheets were changed every day. Breakfast was generous, and they did their best to meet every request. Franco is friendly and helpful, and Valentina and Lorenzo were attentive and full of good suggestions. We had a great stay as a couple. They’re still finishing the work out front, so it should look even better once that’s done. Thank you so much! :)

Awful stay for the price. There was no breakfast included, and honestly I’d have skipped it anyway given the lack of cleanliness. The outside areas looked completely neglected, with rubbish and debris everywhere. We stayed two days and they didn’t clean the room or change the towels. There’s no support at all. This place should be closed as soon as possible.

The owner is the heart of the B&B, but despite his way of handling things, he hasn’t managed to make the current situation look any better. The property opened early, while work was still unfinished.
