The bed was awful, like sleeping on a cardboard box. I woke up exhausted with a backache. After showers, the water stopped at one point, and we had to put a towel on the shower floor because water was backing up. The drain was full of hair, so gross. The coffee machine's water chamber was broken and spilled everywhere. I tried to confirm with someone before our one-night stay, but no one answered the phone, and all communication was through the app. When we arrived, the gate was locked. They said they'd tried to contact me, but the number they had wasn't even close to correct. We eventually got in and found our room key in a basket on a table. Julia from Customer service was no help. I wouldn't recommend room 3 or this place.

The owners' attitude didn't feel customer oriented at all. They seemed not to care about our needs or our experience, and breakfast was a joke. The place fell far below the expectations set by Instagram and their website. I paid 280 euro for the room, then had to clean the dirty toilet myself within five minutes of checking in. The shower was full of hair and the towels were dirty too. The balcony looks onto a parking lot, which you wouldn't know from their pictures.

The room was nice and clean, with a lovely balcony. Communication with Mrs Azzura was very good. She helped us a lot, booked a scooter for us, and was always available. The breakfast, served 220 meters away, was just OK, with sweet croissant as an option. I'd recommend the room for sure. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the walk to breakfast and the food selection. Otherwise, it would be 5 out of 5!

A cute, tidy, quiet spot in Anacapri, and the staff were helpful. The small pool was a big plus in the heat, and breakfast was decent and included. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but it's good value for money.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast at the owner's cafe was lovely. The owner was friendly and ready to help, and the balcony has a nice view. It’s well placed in Anacapri and good value for the money. The main drawback is how close the building is to the road between Anacapri and Grotto Azzure. Motorbikes can be noisy early in the morning.
