The owners were helpful, though I felt they played down the disruption. When staff came to inspect the repeated power cuts, the manner came across as a little arrogant, and the meter tripped again afterward. I also found mold on one wall and a strong musty smell in the room, despite the rooms being modern and fairly spacious. The building itself seemed very poorly maintained. The location is handy, but the busy Corso isn’t the nicest part of Ancona to stay in. There wasn’t any water or a kettle in the room, either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Everyone was cheerful and quick to help whenever I had a question. The place was clean and welcoming, and I had a really relaxing stay. I’d gladly return.
