The breakfast, bathrooms and bed were all thoughtfully taken care of, as were the view and the Covid precautions. Overdan, the owner, has such a lovely way of making new arrivals feel welcome in this gorgeous old house. This little B&B is a real find in Ancona, and we had a lovely stay.

Just two rooms in a very old house, which gives this little boutique hotel a special feel. Oberdan is a fantastic host. A great place to stay in Anconca.

The property is lovely, and we felt right at home. Oberdan was spectacular, warm, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. He really knows his work and makes it feel effortless. His lovely dog got a cuddle from me whenever I saw him. My boyfriend and I used this as a calm base for a weekend in Conero, and getting around by motorbike was easy. It’s away from the city bustle but in a perfect spot. Thanks, Oberdan, from Francesca and Giuseppe.

The view across Ancona was breathtaking, and the rooms were spotless and carefully looked after. Oberdan’s hospitality made the whole stay feel even better than being at home. It’s a wonderful base for seeing the city, the Conero area and the hinterland. We’ll be back soon. Many thanks from the heart, Olivier & family.
