Residence Ancona

The manager was very helpful, and there’s free parking for guests, which I really appreciated. The place isn’t bad overall, but I’m not sure I’d come back. It’s a standard residence-hotel, and I’d expected more after reading the good reviews. The location is very central. It’s generally quiet with the windows closed, though being close to the port doesn’t help. The room could use fresh paint and a more modern look. There is air conditioning, but it barely seemed to work, perhaps we just arrived on an unlucky day. It would have been useful in the heat. With 35 degrees outside, I’d also have liked the mini-fridge to be switched on when we arrived. Breakfast in the room was jam, instant coffee, and a few packaged pastries. Since there are so many nearby bars, a small discount would have been appreciated. If they paid more attention to these little details, it could be great. But will we return? I really don't know.

The owner was welcoming and very helpful. The residence is beautiful, quiet, clean, and well maintained, with everything you might need in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

Right by Piazza del Papa, the center of Ancona nightlife, so there’s plenty of fun close by. It’s a great hotel for young people or anyone looking for a good time. Sleeping might be a bit difficult because of the noise, but fun is guaranteed!

The apartment is basic but does the job, and the location is right in the center. There’s secure paid parking on site. Recommended.
