The food felt like factory canteen fare. Drinks came in plastic cups, the instant coffee was undrinkable, and there was just one kind of cheap tea. We had to hunt around for cutlery, and sometimes there were only knives, so that’s what you had to eat with. Don’t expect Italian specialties. The unventilated ski room smelled unbearable. The cleanliness, housekeeping, and amenities were fine, and the staff were trying hard, but that’s where the positives stop.

The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were helpful. It’s a nice hotel in a perfect location, and it absolutely deserves its 3 stars. We were very glad we chose it and definitely want to return as soon as we can.

For the money, this place was a disaster. The room had no shelves, drawers, or equipment, and ours was on the fifth floor with no elevator all week because it was under repair. Wi-Fi only worked at reception. There was live music every day until 11:30 p.m., so loud the kids couldn’t sleep until midnight. At dinner, you couldn’t get beer or wine, only water or juice. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the choices were poor, with no fruit, vegetables, or pastries. Sauna users get one small towel, and there are no clocks to tell when to finish. Worst hotel I’ve had in 30 years of skiing.

The free guest parking was useful, and the hotel is good value overall. A ski bus stop is right beside it, and the lift goes down to the ski room, grocery shop, and ski rentals. The pool was fine, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The wellness area has a small sauna, steam room, showers, toilets, and a rest room. It costs 15 euros per hour and must be booked ahead. Towels are provided, and although the lockers don’t have locks, it felt safe leaving clothes there. Our rooms were basic but clean, some with a bathtub and others with only a shower. The buffet meals were tasty and plentiful, if a bit limited in variety. Staff were kind and helpful. There’s also a bar for drinks and a dance room with live music in the evenings.
