Villa STAMIRA

The biggest concern for us was the cameras. They were all over the property, including in every bedroom, with some pointing at the beds and bathrooms. The owner sent a report saying the system wasn’t working properly, then said it was turned off, but at night the cameras were still powered on. The large one overlooking the pool and sunbathing area kept scanning. That was very troubling. The villa itself is nice, with an outdoor pool, kitchen, patio, and luxury bedrooms, but I can’t recommend staying here. Several facilities advertised by our travel company weren’t available. The owner wouldn’t let guests use the spa facilities in summer, the gym was just a few poor outdoor pieces of equipment tucked at the end of the garden, the rotating sun lounger no longer rotated, and the media equipment didn’t work properly. When we raised these problems with the hotel company during our stay, the owner was rude. If you pay good money, you expect things to work. The owner may reply to this review, but many of the problems weren’t fixed until late in our week-long stay.

Set among the peaceful Marche hills, this is a truly beautiful, well-kept property.

The view is beautiful.

The calm here was exactly what I needed after several months of intense work in Paris. There’s nature and sunshine all around, the Adriatic Sea is nearby, and the atmosphere is peaceful, just what I wanted from the Marche. The views over the surrounding hills and countryside are exceptional. I spent a few days at this magnificent villa near Ancona and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is modern, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with every detail tastefully considered. We were warmly welcomed, and the attentive staff were always available with suggestions for places to eat and things to do around Ancona. A special thank you to Daria for her genuine hospitality and all her valuable tips, which really enriched our stay. I highly recommend the villa for a charming, romantic, or family stay near Ancona. I hope to return. Liya – Paris
