Momo Central Rome 2

It’s an easy, very short walk from the metro stop, and the people there were really nice. We needed to add another person after booking, and the manager was kind about it, adding an extra bed to our room for a great price. A great place to stay in Rome.

They took the money from my card right after reassuring me they would help figure things out. I was due to fly to Rome on 16th of December 2021, with a negative test and vaccination, but Italy banned tourists from almost all of Europe on the evening of 15th of December 2021. The charge hadn't gone through yet, so I called the hotel that evening and explained the force majeure was outside anyone's control. I called Booking and the hotel directly 7-8 times, asking for a refund or at least a voucher. They refused every option, became hostile, then stopped answering. It felt like they took advantage of a situation I couldn't influence and simply stole my money. Most of the comments are fake, in my view. Worst service ever. You could be next, don't book here.

We had a great stay in Rome thanks to our wonderful host, alessandro. He thought through all the details for preparing for a large group before I even had to ask. The accommodations were lovely, homey, and comfortable.

The Metro is only a couple of minutes away on foot, so getting around was easy. The owners were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our time in Rome stress free. Everything was very clean.
