Chalet Sheila

There was very little clarity about what was expected of me. I work in vacation home rentals too, so I understand the business, but this place left me confused about the rules and costs. I like to know what I'm paying for and what I need to provide. The day before arrival, they asked me for documents, which I hadn't been told about. They also wanted my tax code, and I don't understand why. A cash security deposit is required and later refunded, but the Booking.com listing doesn't mention it. The tourist tax was another surprise at €1.50 per night. The apartment doesn't work well for a large family. It has a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into something about the size of a single, with a thin mattress. The bunk bed is uncomfortable, there's hardly room to move around, and the steps are a real risk for getting hurt.
