The beds were like sleeping on rocks, and the rooms looked outdated. There was hair in every meal, and the food was absolutely horrendous. Staff were rude to the students and gave the kids attitude, complaining about them. I was near a student room and they weren't making noise. Walking around the hotel at night, I heard little to no noise from the children on the school trip. On the second night, our room ran out of hot water. I don't recommend this place. 0/5 stars.

We had a great location at Club Hotel Costaverde, with a ski bus stop right beside the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the meals were varied and delicious, and the service was very good. I'm allergic to many ingredients, and they made special meals for me every day.

The showers were very nice, but the rest of the stay was incredibly unpleasant. The food was disgraceful, and the main course they served us is in the attached picture. There were dogs in the kitchen, the bed sheets were dirty, and the staff were rude. They pulled a twelve year old's ear and kept speaking aggressively.

The skiing was the best part. The rooms were okay, but the food was shocking, they served a sausage as the main course. I'm not coming back.
