Everything is close by, including the bus station and the cable car, and it's really good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was nice too. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back next year.

The owners clearly know how to run a hotel, and the young staff put in a lot of work in both the lounge and mini club to make guests' stays easy and enjoyable. Angelo the entertainer was a big hit with our children. We're very grateful to all of them for our family ski week in Andalo. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel was clean and warm throughout. We also liked the simple, high-quality food at both breakfast and dinner. It's centrally located, close to the ski lifts, and the ski bus stop is handy for getting to ski school. Rindole ski school is one minute away. There was plenty of private parking and the ski storage was convenient. Thanks for everything.

What stays with me most is how kind and courteous the owners and staff were. They made staying there feel like a human connection, not just a hotel visit. The Dalmonegos are professional and very attentive to guests' needs. The place has every comfort, spotless rooms, and excellent food. The children's entertainment was a hit with my 9-year-old. You can walk to both the center and the ski lifts in two minutes, too.

The morning walks arranged with the hotel guide were fantastic and suitable for children. They also gave the families a chance to get to know one another. The kids' club worked really well, and Dario was always kind and helpful with suggestions for things to do. We had a wonderful stay the first week of September with our children, aged 8 and 4. The rooms and shared areas were impeccably clean, and the location is very convenient. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely return! Laura, Marco, Francesco, and Iris
