The only small drawback was getting to and from the train station. The bus only runs until 7 pm, so coming back later means a 25-minute walk beside the road, with almost no lighting. With a car it would be fine, but we didn’t have one. Otherwise, it was a really nice, clean place, with a spacious room, a comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom, and a quiet outdoor area.

The restaurant was closed on Thursday evening, which was disappointing. Not everyone wants to head out looking for dinner. The Wi-Fi was weak, too. The little hotel was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, with parking outside, a comfortable room, and an acceptable breakfast. It’s somewhat rural, but there was a lot of traffic. It sits right at a junction, and I think drivers use those roads as a shortcut to avoid the main road down the hill.
