The garden has a nice castle view and is kept in good shape, but it isn't private: people from nearby use it to get to cars parked in the rough lot outside. Ground-floor guests have no screen separating their garden entrance either. There are no loungers or parasols, just a glass table, three plastic chairs and a drying rack. The lot itself is an improvised dirt parking area used by visitors to the neighborhood. The building looks recently renovated and has outdoor sensor lights. Recycling bins are outside, and the upper apartments are stairs-only. There are six apartments, two on the ground floor and four on the first and second floors. The same address and holiday apartments appear online under several names: "Geranio-Buganville-Viola", "Apartment Geranio Da Vilma", "Appartamenti Laly" and "Appartamento 1 - Da Vilma". They are hosted by Vilma Remondini and/or Laura, according to booking.com. The ground-floor apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, with easy self check-in and check-out. The host was friendly and welcoming, though she spoke only Italian. Air conditioning costs 7 euros a day, and laundry service is extra. Wi-Fi is free. There is one visible heater in the bathroom, none in the living room, and no ceiling lights there. The floors are all tile or marble, very squeaky and noisy, especially with upstairs neighbors. Sound carries badly through the thin walls: we could hear snoring, WhatsApp sounds, early voices and cleaning. The windows have mosquito screens and electric shutters, but the curtains are so sheer they offer almost no privacy, including at the bedroom and bathroom windows along the path neighbors and visitors use to reach their cars. The living room has a sofa that converts to a double bed, shoe rack, four plastic chairs, glass table, satellite flat-screen TV and AC, plus double glass doors to the garden. There's no coat rack. In the kitchen you'll find a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso maker, dishes, cookware, cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls, towels, cleaning supplies, recycling bags and two dishwasher tablets. The espresso maker makes small shots, up to 300 ml. No electric kettle, toaster or filter/cup coffee maker. The bathroom has a window with blurred glass, toilet, bidet, walk-in shower, three towel pieces per person, hairdryer, sockets by the mirror, two complimentary soap bars and a bin. It came with one roll of two-ply toilet paper. There's no bathroom storage furniture or ceiling light. The bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, two windows with mountain and garden views, a tall three-section wardrobe, bedside sockets, AC, and an extra blanket and pillow. Its white curtains are very see-through, and there is no ceiling light. Downstairs, there's a private garage included in the price, plus a laundry room with dryer, washing machine, vacuum, iron, storage and space for bikes and surfboards. The apartment is within walking distance of Arco sights: one minute to Sottotetto_urban_space, 11 to Coop and Supermercato Or.ve.a., seven to the Tourist Infopoint, eight to the center and 19 to Arco Castle. Riva del Garda center is 7 km away. WAZE is useful for directions and especially speed cameras.
