A lovely room and bathroom with air conditioning, friendly staff, and a very low price for a hotel in central Rome. I’m honestly surprised the reviews are so bad. I’d recommend this place whenever you’re trying to keep costs down.

The room was dirty and didn’t look like the photos online, it was much worse, like something from Ikea. I know it’s a one-star place, but please at least clean a little and use some air freshener. I wish I could give it zero stars. My brother and I were asleep when staff came into our room to fix something. We asked them to do it later, or when we weren’t there, but the strange staff member kept insisting on entering. No privacy at all. I’ll never come back and wouldn’t recommend it to solo travellers. Don’t come here.

The staff were friendly and helped us feel accommodated. It was clean and felt safe, a good fit even for young women aged 17-21. The location is perfect, right by a popular station.

The rooms are nice, and Termini station is very close. From there, you can get pretty much anywhere.
