B&B Hotel Arezzo

It was an unpleasant stay. Staff were generally unhelpful, from check-in at the front desk through breakfast in the restaurant. While I was waiting in line for water from the machine, one staff member showed irritation about a spill on the floor that someone had made and lectured me for using the wrong cup or glass. The room only had a bed and a shower room. Breakfast was very basic, with very limited choice. The front desk also isn't open around the clock, it closes from 11pm to 7am.

The restaurant team were prompt, courteous, and always smiling, and the front desk made everything easy. We enjoyed the good food and the lovely people here. Thank you to Ms Luisa, Mr Federico and Ms kama for looking after us so well. Staying at this B&B hotel was beautiful, and I hope to come back. Greetings from the India team and me. A comfortable place to stay, clean and good value for the money. The staff were great.

The location was a long way from the main part of the city, and the stay was awful. The room looked nice at first, but the AC never worked. I went to the front desk twice and was told they would “reset it.” An hour later, after I came down a third time, they said it wasn’t turned on until June. Yet it was running in the fitness center on that same floor, so I felt they had lied to me. I asked for a fan and got a broken one I couldn’t use. With the windows open all night, the road noise was awful. The queen bed was just two twins pushed together, the front desk girl couldn’t speak English, and the elevator nearly broke down several times. This felt like a fake hotel. I paid $140 a night for this. DO NOT STAY HERE.
