The garden was nice, with a small swimming pool, and parking the car was no problem. The hosts were friendly, the rooms clean, and breakfast very good. It's close to the center of Arezzo, though there is a fairly busy road just behind the fence.

Sabrina was helpful and gave us good suggestions for places to see and eat. Breakfast was a real highlight, plentiful and special, with cakes made in-house. The place is beautiful and welcoming, and well placed for visiting Arezzo and beyond.

Sabrina's cakes at breakfast were superb, especially the fig one, which was a real experience. The property was excellent and super clean, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's close to the center of Arezzo, too. We had a truly positive stay, and I'll be back. Highly recommended.

We had a great two-day stay at Maestà Cudino and will definitely come back. Sabrina, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly kind. Our house was fully equipped and very spacious, with a really large outdoor area and sofas. My daughter had a blast!

The owners were very friendly, and Sabrina made fantastic homemade desserts for breakfast. It's a beautiful villa with a pool, just a stone's throw from Arezzo.
