Everything was clean, and the managers were kind and helpful, so my stay was good enough. The price felt high for what I got, though: a single bed and a bathroom outside the room. At €56, it didn't feel like good value.

I never got to stay because they'd overbooked. I still haven't received my money back. Bad service.

The owner's helpful information and warm welcome made a good impression, and the room was spacious. Having access to the shared kitchen was a real plus. The location is especially handy, within walking distance of both the station and historic center. There's also a large paid car park about 500 meters away, around €4 a day if I remember right. The mattresses weren't especially comfortable, and the outside fixtures need some maintenance. There was no air conditioning, which was noticeable at certain times of year, but all in all I enjoyed the stay.

A handy central spot for visiting Arezzo, just steps from the train station. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the shared apartment has common areas and a kitchen with plenty of supplies. Friendly staff, too. Highly recommend this guesthouse.
