The hotel quality was very low. Something bit me in three different places on my leg, and there were someone else’s hairs on the blankets. The furniture was old, and the shower cabin was small and uncomfortable. The staff’s attitude was rude too. At dinner they directed us to a particular seating area, while some other tourists sat elsewhere. At breakfast they put us in a separate area away from the other group, who got a better breakfast. Someone in our group took two cups of yogurt from a different table without knowing they weren’t for us. A woman working at the hotel scolded her a bit and snatched them from her hand. We had no right to take the yogurt, but she could have been kinder.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but some of our wedding party did and enjoyed their stay. We held our daughter’s wedding reception there, Marco and Sarah, and it was wonderful. The old villa and its beautiful gardens made a lovely setting. The food was very good, and the staff were amazing, hardworking, and so pleasant. Thank you for making the day so enjoyable and memorable.

I loved the building and its garden, and the price for the quality was amazing. Aricia has plenty of authentic restaurants, and the station is nearby for trains to Rome, with the city center about 50mn away. Our room had been renovated and had all the necessary amenities.

My room was okay, but my friends’ rooms were full of dust, and the corridor carpets were dirty and dusty too. The towels in the bathroom were extra thin, more like dish towels. Service was okay except for the restaurant waitress, who wasn’t kind, though maybe she was just having a bad week. For me, food is the most important part of a hotel stay, and theirs was very VERY bad. The coffee had no taste or smell, the bread was dry and very hard, and every day there was very little choice, just croissants, honey, butter, jam, and sweet bread. Luckily, we only ate breakfast at the hotel!

The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the WiFi was really good. Service was great, and room service was amazing. Definitely worth staying!
