Very Good Featured review

The place was clean and in a good location, but the problems outweighed those positives. We were moved after the first night, and the access issue they said they'd fix was never resolved. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and communicating with them was very difficult.

Comfortable and fairly priced, with a helpful concierge and a convenient location.

Giovanni knows about the little issues and I'm sure he'll take care of them, as he always does. The hairdryer cuts off from its thermal switch too quickly, the entrance door scrapes the floor, and the shower door tends to swing open, so the bathroom could flood. There are a few small defects here and there, but the atmosphere is pleasant and it's a good base for visiting the city. A good rating, with just a little more attention needed.
