The breakfast was good, but the night was awful. The bedding felt damp and dirty, so we slept in our clothes. The owner wouldn't let us arrive after 6pm because that wasn't check-in time, even though she lives on the property. On our second night she was waiting in the car park at 10:00pm. When I asked if everything was alright, she started crying hard. A couple of minutes later she could speak and said she'd inspected our bed closely and found dog imprints on the mattress???? This is supposedly a dog-friendly property, and there's an extra fee for that. If you want a miserable, wet night's sleep while feeling watched, this is the place for you.

The family who run the property were exceptional hosts. Isabella, thank you for the fresh, nutritious breakfasts, the kindness, and your wonderful hospitality. There was typical italian food and great coffee every day. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and the location is just minutes from major roads, good restaurants, and landmarks. Grazie mille!!

A lovely place to stay out in the countryside. Isabella and Alice were wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely return.

We could wander around the working horse farm and see the beautiful horses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurants they recommended in Arluno, about 30 minutes outside Milan, served exquisite local food. A truly magnificent country stay ❤️ Thank U 🙏🏻
