The food is brilliant, the rooms are spacious and comfy, and the lift is just 2 mins away. It's a lovely old-school Italian hotel, and the people there go the extra mile and are so lovely. We'll be back.

The staff are super friendly, and the service is amazing. If anything goes wrong, just ask and they'll sort it out. They even find an alternative if the menu doesn't suit you or you don't like the bedsheets. The only thing I'd improve is the spa area. The sauna and jacuzzi temperatures were a bit low. The staff probably could have fixed it if I'd thought to ask. Thank you hotel Pavillon for an amazing week 😍

We had a great ski weekend here and really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect if you want to be near the cute town area and close to the cable car up to the main ski area. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff were nice and friendly, which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one. The place was much older and more worn out than I expected, and much of the spa was out of order and not properly maintained. Breakfast was a huge disappointment.

The traditional food in the dining room is delicious, and after dinner the bar is worth checking out for its wide choice of drinks, from traditional bitters to more mainstream options. It's a very cozy place with great service and kind staff.
